Technology can help social entrepreneurs reach more people, improve services, understand their impact and work more effectively. But not every challenge needs a technological solution — and technology can create new barriers and risks as well as opportunities.
This module explores how social entrepreneurs can make thoughtful choices about technology: identifying where digital tools can genuinely strengthen their work, using data and artificial intelligence responsibly, anticipating risks, and ensuring that technology remains accessible and inclusive.
Throughout the module, expert reflections offer different perspectives on the opportunities, choices and responsibilities that come with using technology for social impact.
