IN THIS LESSON

Digital tools can enable social entrepreneurs to reach more people, work more efficiently, and expand their impact without necessarily expanding their organisations at the same pace.

In this Expert Reflection, Dr. Lyubomyr (Lubko) Matsekh-Ukrayinskyy draws on his experience in technology and innovation ecosystems to explore which digital tools and platforms offer particular opportunities for social entrepreneurs — and how technology can support ventures as they grow their impact.

As you watch, consider:

  • Where could technology help your venture reach more people or work more effectively?

  • Which parts of your work could potentially be strengthened or scaled through digital tools?

  • How would you decide whether a new technology genuinely adds value to your mission?
